We would rather give you one measurement we can stand behind than four that sound precise and are not.

Those are garment measurements — the finished piece measured flat — not body measurements. Because our fabric is cut with stretch, the garment is deliberately smaller than the body it fits, so please do not compare them directly to your daughter's measurements. Use them to compare one piece against another, or against something she already owns and loves the fit of.
