RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We know she might need a few wears to decide.
That’s why you have a full 90 days to return your item if it’s not quite right.
Whether it’s the fit, the feel, or just not her we’ll make it easy.

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of receipt date.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

What sizes do you offer?
Our products are designed for tweens aged 8 to 14 years old. Check our Size Guide to find the best fit!
Will you restock sold-out items?

How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, earth-friendly fabrics, including recycled polyester & cotton French terry, designed for all-day comfort. More information on the materials used for each garments can be found on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (where available).
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! Our store uses a secure payment facility that complies with PCI DSS security standards.

How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and checkout online. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ship it to you!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediatelyat support@athletiktween.com. We cannot modify orders that have already been shipped.
Can I check my order status?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
Can I exchange my order?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item for a store credit and place a new order for another size or style.

Will this be see-through when she moves?

Every Athletik Tween piece is100% non-sheer, even when squatting, stretching or dancing. Fabrics are tested in motion -not just on mannequins - so your daughter can move freely without constantly adjusting her clothes or feeling self-conscious.

Is Athletik Tween available in stores?
Not at the moment. Athletik Tween is currently online-only, so you can scroll, shop and check out from wherever you are. That said, we do pop-ups from time to time at certain markets!
