We know she might need a few wears to decide.
That’s why you have a full 90 days to return your item if it’s not quite right.
Whether it’s the fit, the feel, or just not her we’ll make it easy.

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of receipt date.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

What sizes do you offer?
Our products are designed for tweens aged 8 to 14 years old. Check our Size Guide to find the best fit!
How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
Will you restock sold-out items?
We do limited drops, so once a style is gone, it may not return. We don’t want you to miss out so Join the K Squad Newsletter {link to Klaviy widget} for early access to new arrivals.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, earth-friendly fabrics, including recycled polyester & cotton French terry, designed for all-day comfort. More information on the materials used for each garments can be found on the product page.

How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and checkout online. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ship it to you!
Can I check my order status?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at support@athletiktween.com. We cannot modify orders that have already been shipped.
Can I exchange my order?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return an item for a store credit and place a new order for another size or style.
